The Council will make a one-off discretionary grant payment of £750.00 to dual drivers, who are currently licensed by Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council, to recognise some of the difficulties experienced throughout this pandemic.
Only one payment is permitted for each applicant.
Please complete this form, including all of the requested information, in order that your eligibility may be checked. You are required to upload clear and legible photographs or images of:
- A recent bank statement (less than 3 months old), that details your name and the sort-code and account number;
- The front of your current dual driver licence
If you are eligible then a payment will be made to you in due course. Payments will be made by BACS transfer only.
All applications must be made by 30th April 2021.
